1. The “No-Broker” Policy
Zirobroker is a platform strictly for Direct Owners and Direct Seekers.
- Brokers/Agents: Professional real estate agents or middlemen are strictly prohibited from posting listings as “Owners.”
- Account Suspension: Any account found operating as a broker will be permanently banned without a refund.
2. User Accounts & Memberships
Property Owner (Free)
Owners can list properties for free. You represent that you are the legal owner.
Smart Tenant
Grants access to owner contact details. Information is for personal use only.
3. Listing Guidelines
Users must provide accurate, up-to-date, and honest information regarding their properties.
We reserve the right to edit or delete any listing that contains offensive language, incorrect data, or suspicious patterns.
4. No Liability for Transactions
Zirobroker is a listing platform, not a real estate agency.
Due Diligence: It is the sole responsibility of the buyer/tenant to verify property documents and identity before making financial commitments.
5. Subscription Fees & Refunds
Fees for “Smart Buyer” are billed in advance. Refunds are generally not provided once digital data has been accessed.
